JOSEPH P. ROCHE, CPA has over 20 years of public accounting experience. After graduating from The Catholic University of America in 1983 with a bachelors degree in Accounting, Mr. Roche spent seven years at the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, where he was an audit manager specializing in not-for-profit organizations and government contractors. He later served as Executive Account Manager at Wolf Computer Systems, Inc. where he was responsible for accounting information systems. In 1991, he was co-founder of ROCHE. Mr. Roche and his wife, Karen, reside in Potomac with their eight children. He serves as Treasurer for the St. Raphael’s Parish CYO in Rockville and the Parent Teacher Association of Georgetown Preparatory School in Bethesda. He is a member of the Greater Washington Society of CPA’s and the Maryland Association of CPA’s. His hands-on management style ensures his involvement with all ROCHE accounts.
KAREN A. ROCHE, CPA received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from La Salle University in Philadelphia in 1984. After graduation, she joined the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, where she remained until co-founding ROCHE in 1991.
JEAN PARKER, CPA received her bachelor’s degree in China in 1985 and her Masters of Science in Accounting from Widener University in Pennsylvania in 1993. Before joining ROCHE more than four years ago, Ms. Parker was a financial analyst for AT&T and Deputy Accounting Manager for the China Inter-Ocean Transport Corporation. At ROCHE, Mrs. Parker has worked with Signia Partners, Earth Conservation Corps, Electric Drive Transportation Association, Westex International Group, Office and Professional Employees International Union, AFL-CIO and other clients.
